A new housing project in Campanhã, close to the eastern park and the future Metro line (Estádio do Dragão – Gondomar). It is located in an emerging area of ​​Porto, with excellent road access (A43 / Circunvalação) and public transport (Metro and STCP – Line 400). The residential complex consists of 3 interconnected buildings, with 18 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments and a common basement for parking.

The eastern area of ​​Porto also has a large park along the banks of the Rio Tinto. The eastern park develops as a linear park from Freixo to Pego Negro, with an excellent aesthetic and landscape component that guarantees the enjoyment of an unpolluted and healthy Rio Tinto. The eastern park was designed by landscape architect Sidónio Pardal. According to the author, the project consisted of "transforming a compartmentalized and uneven space of fields into a continuous natural, grassy, ​​wooded area with a network of paths where people can enjoy spending their free time in peace."
Surrounding the condominium are two structuring projects for the city: The Porto Intermodal Terminal, the city´s rail and road hub. The M-ODU (former Porto slaughterhouse) is in its final stages of construction, with spaces for restaurants, offices, art galleries, and museums, with the capacity to house more than 2,300 people.

The architectural project was approved in April 2025.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of 2025.
Completion is expected in the 2nd quarter of 2027.
